Bay Area Run Crew was founded in 2015 with the mission to unify runners across the San Francisco Bay Area. BARC inspires runners to Believe in themselves, celebrate their unique Achievements, and find Real Community. Join us for our weekly runs and special events. Blue Collar Running

We strongly believe that our success at national levels of competition in high school, college, and post-collegiately give us a unique perspective on what it takes to get the best out of every runner. We understand the demands of the real world, and cater to runners with who balance work and family with their love of the sport.

HOKA Aggies Running Club

The Hoka Aggies Running Club has a 40-plus year tradition of assisting distance runners to reach their competitive running goals, by providing a structure that allows significant improvement in their post collegiate careers. Over these 40-plus years, the Hoka Aggies Running Club has helped hundreds of underdeveloped athletes become nationally competitive in cross country, track, road and marathon racing. The Hoka Aggies Running Club can help you improve your performance and reach your goals!
Impala Racing Team

Impala Racing Team

The Impala Racing Team is an all-women's elite development team based in San Francisco. The Impala Racing Team was born in 1979 as the brainchild of Sue Johnston and Karen Cox to give women access to competitive coaching and racing opportunities. The team has been training and racing together ever since, with a focus on the PA Grand Prix. Membership on the team is application-based. We have over 150 members of all age groups and running aspirations, many of whom are locally, regionally, and nationally ranked.

Lake Merritt Joggers & Striders

Lake Merritt Joggers & Striders (LMJS) is a volunteer-based, nonprofit running club. We support our diverse running community through training, races, social engagement, and outreach. We foster camaraderie, collaboration and empowerment within the club and the community.
Mt. Madonna Challenge

Mt. Madonna Challenge

Mt. Madonna Challenge hosts the Gilroy Beer Run every other Friday. Both our 2 mile loop and 4 mile loop are family friendly! (Dog/Stroller) What is a beer run? We run and then hang out and have a drink (optional). The purpose of these beer runs is to connect and support our community and local businesses. We meet at Promised Land Brewing Co. at 6:00PM.

Oakland Beer Runners

Featured in Draft Magazine, Hoodline, Berkeleyside, and highlighted in Runner’s World, this is a group for anyone interested in balancing fitness with the enjoyment of craft beer in the East Bay. Every Tuesday night a group of runners with varying experience meets at a local brewery or craft beer bar and runs between 3-5 miles returning for post-run beer. Past events have taken place in Oakland (The Trappist, Modern Times, Temescal Brewing), Berkeley (Fieldwork Brewing, Gilman Brewing, Sierra Nevada's Torpedo Room), Alameda (Faction Brewing, Almanac Beer Co), and many more locations throughout the East Bay. Running routes are determined several days in advance and are posted in each meetup. We look forward to running and enjoying some beer with you!
